Setting up Intercom and Google Analytics for your Security Portal is very straightforward.
You can find the setting for your Intercom ID by going to your Security Portal page after logging in
Then open the settings dialog in the upper right.
If you scroll down there will be options to put your Google Analytics Universal ID, Google gtag.JS ID, and Intercom App ID:
After you hit the Save button, these integrations should be active.
If you put a valid Intercom App ID, visitors to your Security Portal will now see an Intercom chat button at the bottom right:
